Our Protection Tools

b4999 believes responsible gaming is a culture — not just a set of rules. That is why we have built personal control tools for every player, so you can always make your own decisions.

Set Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period, which protects you from placing large bets on impulse.

Session Time-Out

Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days. During a time-out you will not be able to log in to your account or place any bets. Your account is reactivated automatically when the break ends.

Self-Exclusion

If you are experiencing serious problems, choose a permanent self-exclusion of 6 months up to 5 years. During this period your account will be completely inactive and all promotional communications will stop.

Review Gaming History

View a full history of all your bets, wins, losses, and deposits at any time. Understanding your own patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming. b4999 is always committed to ensuring transparency.

Age Verification and Safe Gaming Tips

21+

21+ Age Requirement

b4999 is for players aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of account registration and additional proof may be requested at any time.

Responsible gaming is not just about tools — it is a mindset. The tips below will help keep your gaming experience enjoyable and in control at all times.

Set Your Budget First

Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Never go beyond that limit.

Entertainment Is the Goal

Do not treat gaming as a source of income. It is a form of entertainment — enjoy it as such.

Do Not Play When Tired or Stressed

Stress or fatigue reduces your ability to make good decisions. Rest first, then play.

Take Regular Breaks

Take at least a 15-minute break every hour. Go for a walk, drink some water, talk to your family.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Our Commitment

b4999 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. We believe that genuine enjoyment comes through playing responsibly, where the player is always in control.

Gaming on our platform is never an obligation — it is a form of entertainment chosen freely. That is why we give every player the right and the opportunity to make their own decisions.

Protection of Minors

b4999 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. Date of birth is verified during account registration and an ID card or other proof may be requested if needed. If there are minors in your household, use password protection on your device to prevent them from accessing the platform in any way.

Self-Exclusion Policy

Once self-exclusion is active, you will automatically be kept away from all games and services on b4999 for that period. You will not receive promotional emails or SMS messages. Any attempt to create a new account while self-exclusion is active will be automatically rejected.

Privacy and Data Protection

All information related to your responsible gaming is fully confidential and secured with SSL encryption. No information will be shared with third parties without your consent.

Payment Security

All deposits and withdrawals are processed securely through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming as a healthy form of entertainment — while keeping your budget, time, and emotions under control. The foundation is awareness: regularly reviewing how much you are spending, how long you are playing, and whether gaming is affecting other areas of your life.

After logging in to your b4999 account, go to Account Settings and open the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you will find options to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. The limit takes effect as soon as it is set. If you have any trouble, our support team is ready to help via live chat.

At b4999, self-exclusion can be set for 6 months up to 5 years. Once self-exclusion is active it cannot be cancelled — this is by design, so that you can take a complete break from gaming for the full period you have chosen.

A time-out is a temporary break (from 24 hours up to 30 days) that ends automatically when the period expires. Self-exclusion is a long-term measure (6 months up to 5 years) that cannot be lifted before the set period ends. For serious problems, self-exclusion is the more effective choice.

You can contact our support team directly via live chat or by emailing [email protected] to share your concerns. We will assess the situation with full confidentiality and take the necessary steps. At the same time, encourage your family member to seek professional mental health support directly.

At b4999, reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period. This rule is in place intentionally so that an impulsive decision does not lead to overspending. It is an important safeguard for responsible gaming.
